Eligibility

The threshold is simple.
Crossing it is not.

We do not select on background, wealth or connections. We select on demonstrated capability. Below is the floor every applicant must clear before Stage 01 review.

Mandatory

Required to apply

High school diploma

Completion of secondary education is the minimum threshold. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required — many of our strongest cadets enter directly from secondary school.

Valid passport

Your passport must have at least 12 months of remaining validity at application. International training requires demonstrated travel readiness.

Age 17–28 at application

Our intake window is calibrated to the career arc of an airline captain. Applicants outside this range are reviewed case-by-case but rarely admitted.

ICAO Level 4 English (target)

You do not need to be certified before applying — Stage 02 and Stage 04 will assess your English. But if you cannot conduct a board interview in English today, you are not yet ready.

Strengthens Your Application

Preferred — not required.

These attributes do not guarantee selection, nor does their absence disqualify you. They simply tilt the curve.

  • 01Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
  • 02Demonstrated academic strength in mathematics and physics
  • 03Class 1 medical-readiness — no known disqualifying conditions
  • 04Some prior aviation exposure (cadet corps, simulator time, scholarships)
  • 05A clean criminal record and absence of recent visa refusals
