About VAG
Cost should never be
the reason a great pilot doesn't fly.

Our Mission
To find the world's most capable young aviators — and to underwrite their training, fully.
Ab-initio flight training at a European academy costs more than a hundred thousand US dollars. For most extraordinary candidates worldwide, that figure is the entire conversation.
Vantage Aviation Group was built to take that conversation off the table. We identify candidates by what they can do — measured, repeatedly, under pressure — and we finance the rest. The result is a pipeline of airline captains selected on aptitude, not affordability.
What We Believe
Three convictions that shape every decision we make.
Merit is the only currency.
Family wealth, geography, and connections do not produce safer pilots. Aptitude, discipline, and command instinct do. Our process is engineered to surface only the latter.
Honest about money.
Four of our five stages are free. The single paid stage funds a real, licensed assessment battery — and we say that in writing before you pay.
Long-horizon thinking.
We are selecting the captains of 2050, not the first officers of 2027. Every stage tests for qualities that compound over a 30-year flight deck career.
Leadership
Built by aviators. Run by operators.
VAG's selection board pairs senior captains from major Asian and European carriers with admissions specialists who have run cadet programs for two of the world's largest flight schools. Every candidate is evaluated by people who have sat in the seat they are selecting for.
